What is an unframed print?

An unframed art print is printed on 230gsm matte paper, rolled and shipped in a tube. 

What paper do you print on?

Our posters are carefully printed on 230gsm enhanced matte paper, ensuring a premium and luxurious feel with no glare. The use of archival inks guarantees rich, vibrant colours that will stand the test of time, preserving the beauty of your prints for years to come.

Do you have glass framed art prints?

Yes up to 50x70cm & 60x60cm have a glass window. Sizes A1 & 71x71cm(square) and above have a premium quality Acrylic window due to size and weight.

What are your frames made out of?

All Signy frames are made using sustainably sourced, FSC certified solid timber (white and black frames have a gesso coating for a grainless finish) with a 2mm clear glass and a solid 3mm MDF backing.

Sizes A1, 71x71cm(square), and above have a premium quality Acrylic window due to size and weight.

Frames arrive ready to hang, affixed with unique hanging fixtures.

Do you ship internationally?

We offer international shipping on unframed posters only at present.

How long will it take to get my order?

All of our products are made to order in Australia upon purchase. 

Production times:

 Unframed Art Prints - 3 to 6 Business days to print & dispatch.

 Framed Art Prints - 7 to 10 Business days to make & dispatch.

Shipping is 5 to 7 Business days from dispatch (Please allow a delay for shipping due to Covid-19)

Can I return my product if I change my mind?

No, As our products are made to order, once the order is placed there can be no return for change of mind.

Do you offer custom size printing?

Absolutely, you can view various sizes we offer here- if you can't find the size you're after simply contact our friendly Customer Care team.

We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. We also offer the option to pay with PayPal, AfterPay & Apple Pay.

Where is Signy located?

We are online only, and based in Sydney, NSW Australia - we ship our products anywhere in the world.
