Shipping policy

Due to the lockdowns and increased demand for online purchasing please be aware there are delays to manufacturing and shipping:

Covid-19 Dispatch Timeframes:

Unframed Print: 3 to 7 Business days

Framed Prints: 5 to 10 Business Days

Please also be aware that shipping delays through Australia Post are between 1 to 2 weeks longer then usual. 

AFTER PURCHASE: 

Unframed art prints can take 3-6 working days to print and dispatch. 

Framed prints usually take 5 to 7 business days to be dispatched but can take up to 2 weeks to be manufactured & dispatched during busy times. 

Delays to the postage may be caused by COVID-19, we thank you for your patience.

  • All our products are manufactured in Australia.
  • Our Gift Card Vouchers are instant and never expire. 
  • All unframed prints are packed in a protective mailer tube.

For Australian Orders we provide free shipping on all products.


INTERNATIONAL COSTS: 
 
We charge a flat rate of $9 AUD & Free international shipping on order over $69 on all Unframed Art Prints shipped in a mailer tube sent via Australia Post international Air Mail to your country.

A tracking number is provided on all parcels. Signy is not responsible for any import taxes or duties if any are incurred.
 
Unfortunately We do not ship Framed Prints internationally.  
 
Dispatch outside of Australia is between 10-21 days from purchase. Delays may be caused due to COVID-19
